Convince yourself of the cleaning power and the autonomous
functions before you buy the selfdriving sweeper:
The robot navigates using onboard visual sensors and a digital map that is created as part of the deployment process. This digital map is used as the basis, to define the operating and cleaning areas of the robot. Therefore - and in contrast to many other robots - B2 can operate well in changing environments.
The starting, scheduling and stopping of the robot runs are performed through dedicated web apps. The web-based customer portal allows contactless management of cleaning runs.
B2 performs all computations for navigation and routing on the robot. Network connectivity is required at the start and at the charging position. If needed, our remote operator service can help the robot. For this, a stable internet connection is needed, therefore a good network connection throughout the complete operating area is preferred.
Pricing for B2 consists of the price for the robot, as well as a monthly software subscription. Detailed pricing information are available here.
The robots react dynamically to environmental changes to ensure continuous cleaning processes. When an obstacle is detected, the machines slow down, stop if necessary, go around the obstacle, or immediately choose an alternative route. The cleaning robots work safely around people. For this purpose, they are equipped with a multi-level safety system.
Please find all important information on the performance and technical data in our product flyer of the autonomous sweeper B2 here.
Requirements for and preperation of the testing area and the responsible team (members): Trainings, 3D-mapping, parking- and charging-spots.
One of the first steps is the 3D mapping of the location. With the help of the recorded images, a high-performance computer generates a precise 3D map of the environment. The first test drives can then be carried out at the virtual location using simulation software.
At the end of the first week of the demo, ENWAY trains the responsible team in the company in which the B2 electrical sweeper is used. In a predefined test area, the employees independently carry out their first cleaning runs. They will also familiarize themselves with the functionality of the machine and the operator app. An area between 8000 -10000 m² is ideal for testing. In addition, the different areas of application should be selected for the test in which the robot is planned to be used (e.g. different floors, indoor/outdoor areas).
The machine unloads the swept-up materials automatically, e.g. into a container with a height of maximum 1.1 meters - or alternatively onto the floor.
The robots need a Wifi or LTE Network to connect to the opearor app and to the Remote Control Center. No additional markings or changes are required in the area of application.
The robot requires a covered parking space and a Schuco socket with 230 V to which the charger can be connected. Demos take place without using the inductive charger, the machine has to be plugged in and out instead.
The decision to operate with LTE or Wifi should be done befor the installation. You should only be using WiFi if there is uninterrupted coverage throughout the complete area. Otherwise, we prefer using LTE. The machine can work on both the 2.4 and 5 GHz bands.
Via the connection to the cloud as well as with the use of AI, B2 collects and saves experiences on every cleaning trip and shares them within the sweeping robot fleet. This has the advantage that a new sweeper can use the fleet’s entire wealth of experience, and has the same knowledge, as all of the existing robots. A fleet of B2 cleaning machines can thereofore be scaled up quickly and safely. It also ensures that the robots learn from all new situations, can compare them with similar situations in the future and know how to react. Every challenge makes our robots even smarter.
The price for the test will be deducted from the purchase price. Additional to the hardware price of B2 and the battery charger, we charge a monthly Software Fee that depends on the area of application.
Customers buy the autonomous industrial sweeper B2 and the optional inductive charging station. All prices, that you can find here, include the transport, the installation and the training of your team (members).
Additionally, we charge a monthly usage-based software subscription between. This includes the 24/7 remote monitoring of all cleaning runs and the build-in autonomous software in the B2 sweeper, as well as all software updates, implementation, service and support and the access to the apps. This fee depends on the use case. You find an overview of the cost per km and how much the autonomous cleaning safes you, compared to a manual sweeper, as well as our ROI calculator here.
The security inspection covers risks such as edges, overhanging systems, railway or door systems, fire protection and of course IT security and data protection.
The robot can operate in private areas and semi-public places like recycling depots or a company parking lot. For the test, we’ll bring a fire extinguisher for lithium-ion batteries, as well as warning and information signs for the operation of the autonomous sweeper. We can also provide text templates for additional required notices.

Nevertheless, should faults occur, the cleaning machines can be accessed at any time via the web app. In addition, ENWAY can stop the autonomous operation at any time via tele-operation.
Evaluate B2 in your system with a two weeks real world test of the machine. We will configure the system and teach you how to use it.
The phases of the two-week demo, presented as a table above, show the typical steps. In detail, however, the processes are always individually adapted to the respective use case. The sweeping robot is able to autonomously clean, for example, large indoor and outdoor areas such as warehouses, production facilities, recycling depots or parking lots. Therefore the use cases are very different and processes have to be adapted very individually. Tell us about your area of application so that we can provide you with the right information. We will show to you the economic potential of automating cleaning processes in the first meeting with ENWAY.
